Presentation Day and Annual General Meeting

Saturday 17th June 2023 - 4pm

This is a free event. We'd love to see as many players and families as possible. 

MVP Awards will be presented at our Annual General Meeting (AGM) at 4pm on Saturday 17th June at St Anthony's Primary School hall, 172 Neerim Road Glenhuntly.

We'd love to see all players and parents there for the awards. Please RSVP by 10am 12 June for catering purposes - there will be pizza after the AGM and presentations. We’ll try to keep the AGM as brief as possible 

As part of the AGM all positions will be declared vacant and we’ll elect a new Committee. Attached are the draft Minutes of last year's AGM also.

Our club rules require us to have as a minimum a President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary and several of these are stepping off the committee. All teams must nominate one member for the Committee. The nomination form is HERE.  

Please give serious consideration to volunteering for the Committee. This should not be left to team managers as they already have a role. The commitment is not enormous but our current committee members are handling multiple roles. Please feel free to call me or email to find out what is involved in any of the roles or joining as a general committee member.

Please come along and support our players and MVPs and catch up with each other after what's hopefully been a great netball season.

Notice is hereby served of the Annual General Meeting of the St Anthony's Glen Huntly Netball Club to be held in conjunction with our Most Valuable Player Awards for Autumn 2023 Season. .

To be held in the St Anthony's Primary School Multipurpose Room - the AGM will take place at 4pm followed by the MVP Awards and then pizzas to follow.
