CDNA emailed all clubs on Friday 19th June to announce their plan to return to competition - hooray!!
* Plan is to return to full competition on the weekend of the 24th / 25th July
* Plan is to return to 'normal' full training court allocation roster from the 13th July. PLEASE NOTE: Both of these decisions are entirely dependent on both Netball Victoria and Glen Eira Council providing us
with adequate permission, guidelines, directives and access to do so. We are expecting this communication from them next week....
Past Players - still got your uniform? Please consider donating back to the club...
Calling on any past players - do you have your uniform languishing in a cupboard? We have put the introduction of a new a-line dress on
hold due to not wanting to add financial burden to current players but that means we are desperately short of tops and skorts. If you have
any items you no longer want please contact us to arrange pick up
Late last week we saw Netball Australia release it’s comprehensive Return to Play guidelines. Added to this, Glen Eira council contacted us
late on Friday with their detailed guidelines as well. This means that we, as a community sporting association, are now able to come up with
more definitive plans in terms of what that means for us.
CDNA have sent communication regarding the possible scenarios regarding the Spring 2020 netball season. As there is so much uncertainty
around when community sport is likely to re-commence it is still very much still up in the air....

Following the changes announced by CDNA for the inclusion of boys over the age of 13 years in U15 Mixed Teams and Open Age Group
competitions, we are taking expressions of interest in taking part in these sections. We are taking Expressions of Interest only at this
stage so that we can establish whether we have enough interest to register a mixed team in any of the sections U15 and above (up to 3 boys
can play in a mixed team). We are also happy to hear from any senior or veteran players who would be interested in playing in the new Open

It has been suggested that players would prefer we move to a more modern A-line dress (image not indicative of final design) instead of the
two piece top and skort. The Committee has yet to take a vote on this and we haven't finalised costs etc. as we are hoping to obtain some
funding to subsidise the changeover cost (as well as implementing an online shop for uniforms). We would appreciate your preliminary
feedback by casting your vote in our poll
