Hello St Anthony’s players and coaches!
I’m both a coach of a lovely u/15’s team and also a final year physio student who needs some help with her project.
I’m doing it on reducing the rate of knee injuries in recreational netball players, looking specifically at the KNEE Program.
I’ve attached a survey below, it would be a massive help if you could complete it in as much detail as possible.
The majority of the questions are multiple choice but questions 3 and 4 ask you to describe your warm ups.
There are no wrong answers, please be as honest and specific as possible.
I do not mind if you have no idea what the KNEE Program is, in fact it’s probably more helpful (in terms of the project - although the information is on this website).
I need to know specific exercises. So if you complete - running - Butt kicks - Side step - Etcetera as part of your ‘dynamic warm up’ please write them all out.
I know that will take a bit longer but otherwise I can’t do much with the information.
