Consistency for our kids is key!

We’re extremely thankful for the digital transition that we made nearly 5 years ago with NETFIT, allowing us to be more flexible in our ability to deliver our programs to a broader audience.

We could never have foreseen the effects of the COVID:19 pandemic and what it is doing to the youth of today (regarding the impacts on their mental health) meaning our focus on delivering meaningful programs and content is more important than ever.

As a result we are temporarily unlocking the access to all our Kids fitness, coaching and meditation content to provide free access to kids in lockdown, and a resource for teachers, as well as hosting 3 live and free fitness workouts at 1pm this week.
