NETFIT Clinic September 23rd

NETFIT Netball is running a Netball Clinic in Prahran on Monday 23rd of September 2019.

NETFIT Clinics are an opportunity for netballers of all levels to improve their overall game with a combination of high-performance netball training and a holistic approach providing a ‘day in the life of an elite netballer’ experience - proudly supported by The Athletes Foot Australia ‘Fit for your position’ movement.

They are inviting all netballers aged 7 to 15 to their event.

What to expect:

• Elite netball skills training 
• Match Play 
• HIIT NETFIT Class
• Healthy Netball Workshops (how to look after your body)
• Recovery Ice baths + much, much more!
