Registering As A Team Manager Coach Or Committee Member

Team Managers, Coaches and Committee Members must all hold Netball Victoria membership for their own protection. The club will pay this for non-playing coaches, team managers and committee members on your behalf but you still need to register yourself. 

Because VNA is paid by the club for our committee and team managers, the main difference for Team Managers (and Committee Members) from the previous instructions is that you need to register yourself for Off the Court membership as either Off the Court Membership - Parent/Spectator/Other for Team Managers or Off the Court Member - Committee Member and when you get to the page with Your Order, enter the discount code TMVNA (see step 6 below) for Team Managers or CMTVNA for committee members.

For non-playing coaches, you would select Senior Official with type as Coach (or Junior Official for U18s) add the COACH discount code. Coaches that are also playing should register normally and pay the VNA with their registration and then go back and re-register as Coach (this will be zero and no discount fee required). 

To start the registration you need to choose whether you are Team Manager or Coach for an U11s (includes U9s) team or for U13s and above team.

You may see the screen above and you can login with the same details you registered your player with (RECOMMENDED) – in that instance you would click on +New Participant Registration. You would then choose Registering a family member – NOT Registering myself as this will mean your player is the one that will be registered for Off the Court membership:-

If you choose the option at the bottom NEW USER – REGISTER you will need to use a different email address as the registered player as the system will stop you to say there is already a user registered with that email address. Then choose Add New Participant Once the new user is created it will ask if you are registering yourself or a family member. If you are creating a whole new login, then you are registering yourself. If you are using an existing login (the player’s login) you would choose registering a family member or registering on behalf of someone.

1. Enter YOUR personal details. The email will be the login for all participants on that email address. Scroll down to the bottom and click Next
2. The next screen says "Find a Competition" - Click on the arrow on the right of the 'organisation name' box and in the drop down 'Please Select' start typing St Anthonys Glen Huntly (no apostrophe).
   You need to click on the calendar  underneath CDNA applicable season to proceed.
3. The next page will ask you to choose the membership you want. Team Managers would select Off the Court Membership – Team Manager. Committee members = Off the Court Membership – Committee Member and Coaches select either Junior (under 18) or Senior (18+) Official – Coach.

At this stage, just ignore the amounts and references to Single Game Fee & the Total Seasonal Fees also.

It shouldn’t take you to Registration Divisions as these don’t apply for Off the Court or Officials memberships. Scroll to the bottom and Click on the "Add Competition and Membership".

1. It will then ask other Additional information and again, once complete, scroll to the bottom and click on "Add Competition and Membership".
2. It should then take you to the Participants/Payments screen. At this point the full price is still showing. Under the box showing the Registration(s) there is the all important  + Add Discount Code click on this and enter the appropriate code (see below). 
   
   
   
3. For Team Managers, the discount code = TMVNA Committee Members use CMTVNA  For coaches, COACH is the discount code. Coaches that are also playing need to register twice. Once as a player and then again as Coach (Senior or Junior Official Membership) otherwise you won't appear in the team list as coach. Press Apply Code at the bottom - this should then reduce the fees to zero. If this is not the case, contact registrations@stanthonysnetball.org.au and we will try and assist you.
4. If there are other members of the family playing, go back up the top and click on the box  + Add Another Participant and proceed with the next registration
5. Tick the 'I have read the Terms & Conditions' and Continue

Whew, there's a lot to take in we know.

Bottom line, if you think it's not calculating correctly or it doesn't look right, come back to myself or the vice president and we'll have another look at it before you get to the commitment stage of pressing Continue and registering.

Please note that Committee Members who have a role on the committee (e.g. President, Secretary, Uniforms, Registrations, etc. – not general committee) will receive 100% discount on their club fees for one player in addition to their own Off the Court VNA being paid. They will still need to pay the player’s VNA for the calendar year. The discount code for eligible committee to use when registering one of their players is CMTDISC

EARLYBIRD is the discount code available up until the Early Bird Cut Off as determined by the club.

For our Committee members who are also players the Discount Code for an equivalent amount of Off the Court VNA is CMTPLAYER - Autumn seasons only.
